Background: CD28 is a 44 kD glycoprotein a costimulatory receptor and a member of the Ig superfamily. Applications: (IP, WB, B, FA, FC )Some reported applications include In vitro stimulation of T and NK cells, and In vitro blocking of allogeneic mixed leukocyte response and inhibition of MHC-unrestricted CTL cytotoxicity. Leinco’s  In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
