Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Mouse CD32/CD16 (Fcγ R III/II, Ly-17) In Vivo GOLD; Clone 2.4G2; Isotype: Rat IgG2b

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc C3811.0 MG

Specificity: Clone 2.4G2 recognizes the FcγIII and FcγII receptors. Antigen Distribution: These receptors are present on B cells, monocyte/macrophages, NK cells, neutrophils, mast cells and dendritic cells. Background: The FcγIII/II receptors are 40-60 kD and part of the Ig superfamily. They bind antibody-antigen immune complexes and mediate adaptive immune responses. Applications: (WB, B) Clone 2.4G2 antibody is used in flow cytometry staining experiments to prevent non-specific binding of IgG to the FcγIII and FcγII, and possibly FcγI, receptors prior to staining with antigen-specific primary antibodies. Fab fragments of 2.4G2 have been used to block Fc receptors In vivo. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
