This sequence is conserved in human and rat PKCθ, and has low homology to other PKC family members. Accession #Q04759. This antibody detects a 79 kDa* protein corresponding to the molecular mass of PKCθ on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human Jurkat cell lysates. Applications: WB, E, ICC; Species Reactivity: Hu, Rt, Ms; Size = 100 μl; Buffer = Mouse monoclonal antibody purified with protein A chromatography is supplied in 100µl phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/ml BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide.
