AquaGenomic is a multifunctional aqueous reagent designed for simple, scalable, high yield genomic DNA extraction. AquaGenomic can be used with all types of specimen, from bacteria to plant and animal tissues. 9 different extraction protocols are provided for different types of samples including cells, tissues, saliva, microbes, stool and soil, swabs, whole blood, white blood cells, and avian blood. Unlike column-based kits, DNA extraction with AquaGenomic requires only one solution, and one solution can be applied to multiple types of specimen. AquaGenomic is non-toxic and its lysate can be used for PCR directly without DNA purification. One 30ml bottle is sufficient for 300 minipreps.
