CA-HPV-10 (CRL-2220) is a human prostate adenocarcinoma epithelial cell line immortalized by transfection with HPV18 DNA. The line expresses keratins 5 and 8, the HPV E6 oncoprotein, and prostate-specific antigen (KLK3). Intended for in vitro research use only.
