ATCC MYA-2950-MINI-PACK is a ready-to-use frozen culture pack containing authenticated Nakaseomyces glabratus (formerly Candida glabrata) prepared as glycerol stocks. The mini-pack format delivers multiple pre-aliquoted cryovials for quick use in quality control, assay verification, and research workflows.

  • Six ready-to-use frozen mini-cryovials (200 μL each).
  • Stored at -80°C or colder; hold at or below -70°C if received on dry ice.
  • Thaw in a 25-30°C water bath until just thawed (approx. 2-3 minutes).
  • Transfer at least 50 μL (or 2-3 agar cubes) to recommended medium; do not refreeze unused portions.
  • Viability typically observable after 1-2 days of incubation.
