Raji-GFP-Luc2 (CCL-86-GFP-LUC2) is a dual-reporter Raji (Burkitt lymphoma) cell line engineered to constitutively express green fluorescent protein (GFP) and firefly luciferase (luc2). Supplied frozen for research use, the cell line provides stable reporter expression and native CD19 antigen for in vitro CAR-T cytotoxicity and multimodal reporter assays.
- Dual-reporter expression of GFP and luciferase for fluorescent and bioluminescent assays.
- Suitable as a CAR-T target cell line for CD19 and CD20 cytotoxicity assays.
- Frozen format for long-term storage; store in vapor phase of liquid nitrogen.
- Biosafety level 2; handle under appropriate containment.
- Doubling time approximately 20 hours.
- Recommended culture in RPMI-1640 with 10% fetal bovine serum and puromycin selection at 0.4 μg/mL.
- Thaw rapidly in a 37°C water bath and culture at 37°C with 5% CO2.
