BALB/C Mouse Primary Tracheal and Bronchial Epithelial CellsFrozen vialBALB/c Mouse Primary Tracheal and Bronchial Epithelial Cells from Cell Biologics are isolated from tracheal and bronchial tissues of pathogen-free laboratory mice and then grown in gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask with Cell Biologics’ Complete Growth Medium. The cells at passage 2-3 are harvested from flasks and cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains 0.5x106 cells per ml and is delivered frozen. These primary epithelial cells are isolated using an optimized Cell Biologics methods based on established references. These cells are pre-coated with EpCAM-1 (CD326) antibody, followed by the application of magnetic beads pre-coated with secondary antibody.
