The BioSuite C18 PA-A Column is a silica-based, difunctional bonded column with low ligand density. It is optimized for peptide mapping, offering excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility and great polar peptide retention. This column is ideal for LC-MS applications using formic acid to reduce ion suppression and performs effectively with 0.025% TFA concentrations in conventional HPLC separations.
