Biotinylated Anti-Streptavidin has been widely used as an amplifying reagent in microarray assays, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, ELISA, blots, and many other applications. The ability of biotinylated anti-streptavidin antibodies to bind to streptavidin via either the streptavidin-biotin linkage or through the antigen binding sites, provides exceptional amplication potential. Our antibodies to streptavidin are produced in goats using our highly purified streptavidin and does not bind avidin. These antibodies can be used to significantly amplify signals in many applications.
