The 30H12 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Thy1.2 (CD90.2), a 25-35 kDa GPI-anchored membrane glycoprotein found on thymocytes, mature T lymphocytes, hematopoietic stem cells, neurons, epithelial cells, and fibroblasts. This antibody is useful for the depletion of T lymphocytes and has been reported to induce Ca2+ flux in thymocytes. It is supplied purified from cell culture supernatant from an animal-free facility, formulated in PBS at pH 7.0, and contains no stabilizers or preservatives.
