Bladder Epithelial Cell Basal Medium (ATCC PCS-420-032) is a sterile, phenol red-free, serum-free basal medium formulated for the in vitro culture of human bladder epithelial cells as part of ATCC's Primary Cell Solutions. When prepared as a complete medium by supplementing with the matching growth kit, the formulation supports cell proliferation and plating efficiency without feeder layers or extracellular matrix coatings.
