Bone marrow CD34+ cells contain hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and are known to differentiate into all the various blood cell types.Purity and Viability You Can Count On:Lonza bone marrow CD34+ cells are isolated from bone marrow mononuclear cells (MNC) by positive immunomagnetic separation and are guaranteed to have a purity of ≥90%. They are guaranteed to contain either ≥100,000, ≥300,000, ≥500,000, ≥1 million, or ≥2 million viable cells per ampoule depending on the product ordered. HIV-1, hepatitis C, and hepatitis B are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased. Fresh bone marrow CD34+ cells are offered in various sizes and require a minimum order quantity of two vials per donor.
