The Gasco 226 CXG-16N113 is a 16-inch diameter, 113,000 BTU gas convection oven. It has a stainless steel exterior and interior and includes a three-tier rack system. This model has a programmable digital control with 10 programmable cooking modes. It requires a 3/4" gas connection and 208/240V. The CXG series ovens are designed for high production with standard features like cool-to-touch double pane thermal glass doors and patented Jet Stream convection for even cooking. This is a commercial oven well-suited for high volume cooking in restaurants, cafeterias, and other food service operations.
