Cell Biolabs' Cas9 ELISA Kit provides a convenient method for measuring S. pyogenes Cas9 levels in a standard 96-well microplate reader. Cas9 levels as low as 1.5 ng/mL can be detected in cell or tissue lysates. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 assays including standaards and unknown samples.
