StemExpress frozen human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells are isolated from the bone marrow of healthy IRB consented donors that are negative for HBV, HCV and HIV. CD34+ stem cells are positively selected using immunomagnetic anti-CD34 (clone QBEND10) particles from bone marrow mononuclear cells. Isolated primary cells are characterized by the expression of CD34, CD45 and PI using flow cytometry to ensure a ≥90% purity and >85% viablity prior to cryopreservation. For research use only.
