The Beckman Coulter CD4 Pacific Blue Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human CD4. It is conjugated to Pacific Blue fluorescent dye and is supplied as a 0.5 ml aliquot containing 50 tests. This antibody is intended for use in flow cytometry applications to identify CD4+ T helper cells. It has been tested and validated for use in staining peripheral blood, bone marrow, and cell suspensions. The Pacific Blue dye has an excitation max of 410nm and emission max of 455nm. This antibody is azide-free and low-endotoxin.
