CDDO-2P-Im is an analogue of CDDO-Imidazolide with a chemopreventive effect. It can reduce the size and severity of lung tumors in a mouse lung cancer model and is more stable than CDDO-Im in pharmacokinetic studies. It induces differentiation of U937 cells and suppresses NO production in RAW264.7 cells.
