CF dye-dUTP conjugates can be used for TUNEL assay, or to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in situ hybridization and nucleic acid blotting applications. The conjugates are labeled with CF dyes, Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF488A dye has an excitation/emission at 490/515 nm. Properties: Solid; Store dessicated -20°C, protect from light; Ex/Em= 490/515 nm.
