Cnidicin is a coumarin that inhibits the degranulation of mast cells and the generation of nitric oxide (NO) in RAW 264.7 cells. It shows significant inhibition of beta-hexosaminidase release from cultured RBL-2H3 cells and nitric oxide production from activated RAW264.7 cells.

  • Inhibits the release of beta-hexosaminidase from cultured RBL-2H3 cells in a dose-dependent manner (IC50 = 25 μM)
