The John Guest Male Connector is a plastic push-to-connect style fitting for use with polyethylene tubing. It has a 1/4" NPT male thread and is compatible with John Guest Speedfit tubing in a variety of sizes from 3/16" to 1/2" OD. The maximum pressure rating is 232 PSI at 73°F. The body is made from acetal copolymer plastic for corrosion resistance. The o-ring is EPDM for durability. This fitting allows quick and easy connections without requiring barbs, clamps or threads. It can be reused up to 4 times with proper tubing insertion. The connector is ideal for water, air, inert gas, and non-flammable hydraulic fluid applications.
