The fragment CRP (174-185) (RS-83277) shows similar activity by significantly enhancing the tumoricidal activity of human monocytes and alveolar macrophages in vitro. RS83277 may therefore play a role as a biological response modifier in cancer therapy. Former CAS-number 160369-86-8.
