The Grainger 170GD7 is a Dayton 1/3 HP General Purpose Motor that runs on 115V AC power at 1725 RPM. It is a single phase, open drip proof motor with a 48Y frame and features permanent split capacitor for high starting torque. This electric motor can be used for driving fans, blowers, pumps, and conveyors. It measures 6-7/8" in diameter and 7-3/4" long. The 170GD7 has a 1/2" diameter shaft with a 1/4" keyway and has ball bearings for smooth, reliable operation. This Dayton motor is thermally protected and can provide 0.25 horsepower output.
