dCeMM2 is a molecular glue-type degrader that targets cyclin K. It induces ubiquitination and degradation of cyclin K by promoting an interaction of CDK12-cyclin K with a CRL4B ligase complex.

  • Inhibits the enzymatic activity of CDK12/13 with remarkable selectivity over CDK7 in KBM7 cells (2.5 μM, 5 h).
  • Induces interactions between CDK12 and DDB1 in HEK cells (10 μM, 1 h).
  • Degrades cyclin K in KBM7 cells (2.5 μM, 0.5-8 h).
  • Destabilizes cyclin K in KBM7 cells at 2.5 μM for 5 hours (western blot analysis).
