The ImmPRESS Duet Double Staining Polymer Kit enables fast, clear localization of 2 different target antigens on the same tissue section. Highly-active horseradish peroxidase (HRP) & alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme polymers are independently conjugated to affinity-purified, cross-adsorbed anti-mouse IgG & anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies to create the ImmPRESS micropolymers. Blended in an optimized ratio in a proprietary buffer, these reagents provide a ready-to-use HRP/AP formulation that detects both mouse & rabbit primary antibodies in a one-step double staining IHC detection protocol. For max sensitivity & staining contrast, the kit also includes ImmPACT DAB EqV (HRP, brown) & ImmPACT Vector Red (AP, magenta) substrates as well as BLOXALL Blocking Solution & 2.5% Normal Serum. Sufficient reagents are provided to stain ~150 sections. The kit is intended for use on non-rodent tissue sections where the 2 target antigens do not co-localize in the same structure of the same cell.
