RNF5 inhibitor inh-02 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF5 (RMA1) that reduces ATG4B ubiquitylation, increases LC3IIB expression and autophagic vacuole number, and rescues F508del-CFTR function in cellular models (reported EC50 ≈ 2.2-2.6 μM).
