The EasySep™ Total Lymphocyte Enrichment Kit: Complete Processing Kit for Whole Blood is designed to isolate human lymphocytes from HetaSep™-treated whole blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD14, CD15, CD16, CD33, CD36, CD41, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
