Eker Leiomyoma Tumor-3 (ELT3) is an epithelial-like rat uterine leiomyoma cell line derived from Rattus norvegicus. It carries a germline Tsc2 (TscEk/+) defect with loss of TSC2 tumor suppressor function and is used to study TSC2-related tumor biology and 3D cell culture models.
