Biomerieux ENDONEXT EndoZyme II GO Fast Recombinant Factor C (rFC) Endotoxin Detection Assay. A fluorescence end-point assay intended for quantitative determination of endotoxin (chemically lipopolysaccharide, LPS) in pharmaceutical end-products , in process control and research samples, and medical testing. This rapid GO version of EndoZyme II features GOPLATE, a microplate prefilled with dried Control Standard Endotoxin, standard curve 0.005-50EU/ml and Positive Product Controls (PPC) 0.5EU/ml, all in duplicate replicates fulfilling pharmacopoeia standard curve requirements. 192 tests. Assay run time: 20 min (0.05EU/ml), 60 min (0.005EU/ml). Over 50% reduction in handling time compared to conventional microplate assays. Horseshoe crab-free method relying on sustainable resources. Endotoxin specific, no false-positive results from beta-glucans. Store at 2-8 degrees C until expiry date printed on label. BioVendor is the exclusive Biomerieux distributor for North America.
