The Micro 100 Engraving Tool Double End 16R996 is a double-ended carbide tool for engraving, scribing, and deburring in CNC machining. It has a 60-degree angle and .010" radius point on each end. The tool is 3" long with a .1875" shank diameter. Made of solid carbide, it offers wear resistance and long life. The double-ended design allows efficient indexing between cutting edges. It can machine steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, and composites. Recommended parameters are 20,000-40,000 RPM with .001-.005" chip load.
