It features a unique integrated heat control element which actively prevents liquid ethane evaporation and solidification, ensuring consistent conditions for high-quality cryo-EM sample preparation. Designed for extensive use, this cryostat delivers consistent, high-quality results for various cryo-EM techniques. Its user-friendly interface offers easy operation and enhances cryo-EM preparation efficiency. The system includes a cryostat dewar, dewar foam lid, ethane cup with embedded heaters, and a grid holder ring (holds 4 grid boxes). This cryostat is compatible with Cryo Plungers or Vitrobot systems. The temperature is controlled via an Ethane Cryostat Temperature Controller, sold separately or as part of a complete system. This cryostat can also be used independently.
