FeT-J (CRL-3663) is a feline T-lymphoblast cell line derived from peripheral blood of Felis catus and distributed by ATCC. Supplied frozen, it is maintained under standard mammalian cell culture conditions and is used in virology and immunology research; the line is susceptible to infection by feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV).

• Derived from Felis catus peripheral blood.
• T lymphoblast cell type.
• BSL 1 handling level.
• Supplied as frozen vials for culture initiation.
• Recommended medium: RPMI 1640 with 2 mM L-glutamine, 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate, 4.5 g/L glucose, 10 mM HEPES, 1.0 mM sodium pyruvate, 0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol, and 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum.
• Incubate at 37°C with 5% CO2 in air atmosphere.
• Susceptible to infection by FIV; suitable for virology and bioproduction studies.
