47mm Instatherm filtration apparatus assembly. This apparatus differs from the standard units, as it utilizes ACE Instatherm technology to evenly heat the upper 500mL filter funnel. This technology keeps the viscous material, such as polymers, in the liquid state. Includes a PTFE middle adapter and snap ring, and a 20-50 Micron interchangeable fitted disc. The entire assembly can be taken apart for cleaning, and the fritted disc can easily and economically be cleaned or replaced. Apparatus is excellent for ASTM petroleum and biofuel testing protocols.
