The porosity is 60A, particle distribution is 40-75um, bed mass is 40g, & quantity is 12/pk.Sorbtech's packing technique & Premium Rf's narrow particle distribution results in a uniform packed bed. The benefits are no channeling, higher resolution, decrease in backpressure, faster flow, & faster run time. Additionally, the small pore volume allows for more silica gel per column volume leading to greater loadability & less solvent use. Finally, the high purity silica gel (minimal surface metals) reduces mixed-mode interactions (no peak tailing or resolution loss).The polypropylene cartridge has standard luer-lock end fittings & is spin-welded (leak-free) allowing higher pressures up to 400 psi.The cartridges are compatible with the Sorbtech EZ Flash System & all other flash chromatography systems.
