This Frozen Storage Buffer is used for frozen storage of competent cells. It contains 10mM potassium acetate, 10mM calcium chloride (CaCl2.2H2O), 100mM potassium chloride, 45 mM manganese chloride (MnCl2.4H2O), 3mM cobalt chloride hexahydrate and 10% glycerol. The pH of complete solution is adjusted to pH 6.4 with HCl and autoclaved.Warning: For laboratory use only.Not fit for agricultural, household, clinical use or human consumption.
