This peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody is suitable for Western blotting when employing detection by commercially available chemiluminescence substrates. Additionally this secondary antibody conjugate can be used to develop ELISAs with substrates like ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]-diammonium salt), OPD (O-phenylenediamine), or TMB (3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine).
