GSK2292767 is a potent and selective inhibitor of PI3Kδ, exhibiting a pIC50 of 10.1 and over 500-fold selectivity compared to other PI3K isoforms. It is suitable for respiratory disease research. In vivo studies have shown high clearance (50 mL/min/kg) and low oral bioavailability (F < 2%) in rats. It does not impact QT interval, Tpe, or QRS, and carries no significant risk of TdP arrhythmias in rabbit cardiac ventricular wedge assays.
