This biotinylated antibody reacts with heavy and light chains on rabbit IgG. It has been affinity-purified with minimal cross-reaction to mouse, rat and human serum proteins. A long spacer arm has been positioned between the biotin and the secondary antibody, which provides a significant increase in sensitivity when coupled with streptavidin conjugates. Biocare Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG can be used with either streptavidin horseradish peroxidase or streptavidin alkaline phosphatase label.
