This Cogent Ion Exchange Column is a Strong Anion Exchanger (SAX has a positively charged surface ) Stationary Phase that has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is manufactured with Quaternary Amine functional groups that are always charged. We use only the highest purity silica available, making this column ideal as an Alternate in USP Methods that use the L9 Classification or for acids analysis or purification. With a 10µm Particle, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures for challenging IEX applications that include Anions (negatively charge compounds).
