This Very Popular Cogent Ion Exchange Column is a Weak Cation Exchanger (WCX has a negatively charged surface) Stationary Phase that has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is manufactured with ligands that include a carboxylic acid producing a functional charged range between pH 2.5 and 7. We use only the highest purity silica available, making this column ideal as an Alternate in USP Methods that use the L9 Classification or for "base" analysis or purification. With a 5µm Particle, this column works well with challenging IEX applications that include Cations (positively charged compounds).
