This Cogent Phenyl Hydride HPLC Column is made with Cogent TYPE-C™ Silica , and this silica hydride based stationary phase provides excellent Selectivity, Faster Equilibration and Robust Column Lifetimes. Chosen for analysis of compounds with aromatic rings that are difficult to retain or separate in Reversed Phase, including aromatic amines, small peptides and azides. This size column is often used when shorter run times are needed but 50mm long columns do not provide enough resolution.
