Zyagen Full-length first strand tissue cDNA is synthesized from high quality tissue RNA which is subjected to rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality. The cDNA is primed with oligo dT primers using reverse transcriptase enable full length cDNA synthesis. Tissue cDNA is ideal for gene discovery and expression analysis applications, characterization of alternative splicing of mRNA, verification of genetic mutation, gene cloning and target sequencing. As quality control test, each cDNA sample is tested by PCR amplification using specific house-keeping gene primers. Each product is shipped in 1.5 ml-tube in reverse transcriptase buffer and is enough for 30 PCR reactions.
