The Human FcRn binding Kit (TR-FRET) is based on a homogeneous (no wash) competition TR-FRET technology (Time-Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) to measure the interaction between human FcRn and antibody drug candidates or FcRn inhibitors.
