The Caprico IGM mFluor450 is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to the mFluor450 fluorescent dye. It is clone 4113145 and is an immunoglobulin M (IgM) isotype. The antibody is specific for CD45R, also known as B220, and can be used to identify and analyze B lymphocytes in flow cytometry. The mFluor450 dye has an excitation maximum at 405nm and emission maximum at 450nm. This antibody is recommended for use in multicolor flow cytometry panels. Proper titration is required.
