Cell Biolabs’ K-Ras Activation Assay Kit provides a simple and fast tool to monitor the activation of K-Ras. The kit utilizes easily identifiable Raf1 RBD Agarose beads (pink in color) to selectively isolate and pull-down the active form of Ras from purified samples or endogenous lysates. Subsequently, the precipitated GTP-Ras is detected by western blot analysis using an Anti-K-Ras specific polyclonal antibody. Each kit includes an Immunoblot Positive Control and provides sufficient quantities to perform 20 assays.
