KI-TOX-A3 is a selective protein-protein interaction inhibitor that targets the TOX protein. It disrupts the TOX-KAT7 interaction (IC50 = 0.51 μM), promotes proteasomal degradation of TOX, and restores KAT7-mediated H3K14 acetylation. These actions reverse CD8+ T cell exhaustion and inhibit proliferation of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. Supplied as a solid powder for research use.
