  • Increases fluorescent emission in HeLa-T4 cells transiently expressing the flag epitope-tagged growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) receptor.
  • Activates the GHS receptor, significantly increasing luciferase activity and suggesting stimulation of the MAPK pathway.
