ATCC Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus (strain GG) is a freeze-dried, genome-sequenced bacterial culture derived from a human fecal isolate and supplied for research use. Revive and handle using recommended medium and conditions; follow BSL-1 laboratory practices.

- Recommended medium: Lactobacilli MRS agar/broth (Medium 416).
- Incubation: 37°C; atmosphere 95% air, 5% CO2; 24-48 h.
