It also inhibits NO production and mRNA expression of inflammatory mediators (COX-2, IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α) as well as NF-κB, p38, and JNK activation in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. In a mouse sleep deprivation model, this compound improved depression-like and stress coping behaviors.
