Lyso-PAF C-16 is a substrate for lysoplasmalogen (LysoPls)-specific phospholipase D (LysoPLD). It selectively acetylates with arachidonic acid and is intended for research use only. It has demonstrated cytotoxicity against various human cancer cell lines, including A549, HCT15, SK-MEL-3, SKOV3, and XF498.
